On 20 May 2010, three hours of training about “the police approach to individuals under the influence of substance” to 25 police officers with the collaboration of Bornova District Police Department. The definition of the substance, the effects of use of the substance, the approach to the people under the influence of substance and substance law are included in the training. Director of Drug Addiction, Institute of Toxicology and Pharmaceutical Sciences Prof.Dr.Hakan COŞKUNOL, Deputy Director Assoc.Prof.Dr. Serap A.AKGÜR, Forensic Toxicology Specialist Nuri İDİZ and Mustafa YUCEL from TUBIM gave courses.
